We support self-funded employer health plans, insurance carriers, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage and CHIP programs. PHC delivers innovative provider network solutions to employers across central Pennsylvania. We have been a preferred PPO for over 35 years with a focus on provider access, greater freedom of choice and patient well-being and advocacy.
