Case Manager

Case Manager
PHC is currently seeking full-time case management nurses. Qualified candidates will have a current nursing license, strong computer skills and be self-motivating patient advocates. She/He will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, communicating and directing PHC patients through the case management process. Strong local clinical background, CCM designation and managed care experience preferred but not required.

Client Funding Analyst

Client Funding Analyst
PHC is currently seeking a Client Funding Analyst. Qualified candidates will have experience working in group health plan client level invoicing and fund management services. Candidate will have strong mathematical and accounting skills and knowledge, ability to conduct work with strong personal & professional ethics and integrity, strong computer skills and exhibit initiative and pro-active work style. She/he will be responsible for fund management of client claims accounts, monthly group invoicing and coordination of monthly admin fee payments to various business partners and vendors on behalf of the client. The primary objective & goal of the position are to manage and monitor fund account transactions. Familiarity with group health plan reporting and system integration of TPA client funding are desired. College degree B.A. or B.S.; minimum of 5years of business experience in Group Employee Benefits or Group Employee Benefits Account Management.
